Quotes and agreements

Prices and timelines are confirmed in a written quotation. Work starts after the advance payment is received. Changes to the agreed scope may change the price and timeline.

Ownership

After full payment you own the content and the custom work delivered for your project. Third-party software, themes, plugins and services remain under their own licences.

Hosting and third-party services

Domain, hosting, SMS, payment gateway and similar services are provided by third parties and are subject to their terms. Renewal fees are the client's responsibility.

Liability

We take care to deliver reliable work but are not liable for indirect losses, or for problems caused by changes made by others, third-party services or hosting outages.
