Shoe Business ERP

The partners needed one place to see what they bought from factories, what was sitting in the warehouse, what was out with couriers and what each partner was owed.

We built a Laravel ERP with true double-entry accounting, so every purchase, courier dispatch and COD settlement posts to the ledger automatically. Stock moves from factory purchase to warehouse to courier, and returns come back into stock with their cost.

Result

Month-end that used to take days of spreadsheet work is now a set of reports: trial balance, profit and loss, partner capital and courier receivables.
